General information for exhibitors
Ellenbrook Arts seeks expressions of interest from artists to exhibit as part of our exhibition program.
We welcome proposals from emerging, mid-career and established artists working across all disciplines.
Gallery Hire Fees
5 weeks including bump-in / bump-out. For an additional fee, extended exhibition runs may be negotiated.
Gallery 1 - $750
Intimate space for solo or duo shows
Gallery 2 - $1,100
Large central gallery
Gallery 3 - $650
Medium sized flexible space
Galleries 1, 2 & 3 - $2,500
Other Spaces - $200 for 2 weeks
Portable walls in lobby, gift shop or workspace
Lighting is set; optional for a fee lighting adjustment
Gallery team support and exhibition setup guidance
Supplied hanging system – gallery rails for J hooks, invisible wire
Digital promotion and listing on website and social media
Support with community engagement and event coordination
Invigilation during gallery opening hours
Plinths of various sizes
50 copies A$ print out back to front artwork title / pricing sheet
Artist is welcome to paint space hired to suit exhibition and will return the space back to original condition during bump-out
Insurance Requirements
All exhibiting artists are required to hold:
Artwork insurance for loss or damage to artworks
Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for public interactions
Proof of insurance must be submitted before installation begins.

Commission
Ellenbrook Arts takes 30% commission on works sold
Optional add-ons and services:
Alcohol Package - $150
Includes service, setup and selection of wine for up to 50 guests.
Wall Vinyl - $280
Title of Exhibition and artist(s) name(s).
Hanging Support - $100
2 hours minimum, 1 staff member
Lighting Support - $110
1 hour professional lighting adjustment (encouraged)
Dip Package - $40
Assorted crackers and dip, vegan / gluten free available.
Catalogue Development - $150
10 page design including images and curatorial text (excludes printing)

The following will be necessary along with preferences for add-ons as above.
Cover Letter
A one page concept summary detailing the participating artist(s), the project’s intent, target audience and overall vision.
Artist(s) CV and Bio
No more than two pages, please.
Images
Up to 10 high quality JPEGs under 5MB each
Preferred Exhibition Dates
These will be published at the time of Artist Call Out.
