Word Art Watercolour

Create a meaningful artwork by combining watercolour painting with words that matter to you. Participants will choose a word, quote, lyric or personal message and transform it into a colourful piece of art using watercolour techniques. Experiment with blending colours, creating backgrounds and adding decorative lettering to express your personality, emotions or story. This relaxing workshop is suitable for all skill levels, and everyone will take home a unique artwork that celebrates creativity and self-expression.

Participants will have the opportunity to exhibit the artwork they create during the My Story My World workshop series in the Youth Exhibition in September 2026.
