Miniature Spaces -Creative Workshop Series for Young People

Description:
Step into a world of tiny imagination.

Miniature Spaces is a hands-on workshop series where young people design and build their own small-scale, imaginary environments. Across four engaging sessions, participants will explore how big ideas can come to life in miniature form.

Each workshop begins with simple planning and brainstorming, then quickly moves into making. With a wide range of recycled materials and art supplies available, participants are encouraged to experiment, test ideas, and learn through doing. Sometimes the best ideas come from simply picking something up and seeing what happens.

Working in miniature has a naturally magical quality. The small scale invites curiosity, creativity, and playful problem-solving. Participants will transform everyday materials into detailed, imaginative spaces discovering new ways to think, create, and express themselves.

This process supports:

  • Creative confidence and independent thinking

  • Focus, patience, and problem-solving skills

  • A sense of achievement as ideas take physical form

Whether it’s a tiny room, a hidden world, or an abstract environment, each participant will create something uniquely their own.

Who is this for?
Young people who enjoy art, making, and imaginative play. No experience needed.

What to expect:
A relaxed, supportive environment where creativity is encouraged and exploration is key.

Spaces are limited, bookings essential.
